Emmalee Oberg

Emmalee has been teaching dance for 5 years now, with most of her experience at Jam Hops Dance Company. Emmalee says, "My goal is always to create a safe environment where my students feel comfortable to fail, learn, explore their creativity, and simultaneously encourage their growth as both individuals and dancers." She currently attends the University of Northwestern where she has trained in ballet and enjoys participating in theater productions such as You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Anastasia, & Anything Goes. Emmalee also danced both recreationally & competitively at Jam Hops for 10 years prior to graduation receiving various awards for her tap solos. Her favorite styles of dance are Tap & Musical Theater, but has also trained in Hip Hop, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Modern.
